Ramona Nacu is the co-founder and Creative Director of the RIAMOR brand. Her journey into fashion came as a natural evolution, shaped by the environment she grew up in and her early fascination with fashion.
“From a young age, I was inspired by my mother’s elegance and refinement. She used to create her own outfits and always stood out through her style and attitude. That image stayed deeply imprinted in my mind.
Around the age of 7, I began creating my own outfits. What started as a game gradually turned into a true passion. As I grew older, I experimented more and more with different styles and materials, and this process helped me shape an authentic personal style—one that truly represents me and is clearly reflected in my collections.”
From a very young age, Ramona knew that fashion was her path in life:
“I decided to create my own fashion brand around the age of 16. I initially sketched the logo, chose the color—royal blue—and registered the trademark internationally while still in high school, long before I fully understood the magnitude of that decision. Intuitively, these choices laid the foundation for my future. Today, fashion has become more than a passion; it is a commitment that requires vision, consistency, and dedication.”
On her source of inspiration:
“When I design, I always start with the female silhouette, paying close attention to body proportions and the movement of fabrics. I am deeply interested in fluidity—how materials move with the body when worn, not just how they look statically. The RIAMOR aesthetic reflects this philosophy: a balance between architectural lines, fluidity, and details that enhance femininity.”
For Ramona, fashion is not just about clothing, but about how a woman feels when wearing it:
“When she wears RIAMOR, I want her to feel special and beautiful—as if she could conquer the world. I want her to feel noticed and stand out wherever she goes.”
