We want every Riamor piece to fully meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it within 14 calendar days from receiving your order, in accordance with applicable European legislation.

To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

• be in the same condition as delivered

• be unworn

• show no signs of use, damage, or washing

• have all original tags attached

• have the security (anti-return) ribbon intact and undamaged

• be returned in the original packaging (box and protective materials used for delivery)

Products are shipped in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Please use the same packaging when returning the item to ensure it remains protected during transport.

Items that are damaged or show signs of wear will be refused and returned to the sender.

Products that have been altered (shortened, resized, adjusted, etc.) cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please complete the Return Form and send it to customer.service@riamor.ro

 within 14 calendar days from receiving your order. After confirming eligibility, we will arrange for a courier to collect the parcel.

The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refunded amount.

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt and inspection of the returned product, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

If you wish to exchange your order for a different size/model/color, please indicate this in the Return Form. We recommend contacting us before sending the return so we can confirm availability and reserve the requested item until the returned product is received.

Riamor is not responsible for parcels sent without prior notification or confirmation, or for parcels shipped using transport methods other than those agreed upon.

In the case of repeated unjustified returns or refusal to accept delivered parcels, we reserve the right to refuse future orders.

Return instructions:

• Complete the Return Form with all required details and send it via email to customer.service@riamor.ro

• Pack the product in its original box and packaging, using the protective materials in which it was delivered

• After confirmation, we will arrange for a courier to collect the parcel from the address provided by you


MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

Products made to order, including customized items or items specially produced for the client, cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with Article 16(c) of O.U.G. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights, which excludes the right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

By placing an order for a Made to Order product, the client confirms and accepts that the product is created specifically for them and is not subject to the standard 14-day return right.

Made to Order items may only be returned in the event of a genuine manufacturing defect identified upon delivery and reported within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

Products that include handmade applications (such as crystals or other decorative elements) are individually crafted. Due to the artisanal nature of the process, subtle variations in positioning, alignment, density, or finishing may occur. These characteristics are inherent to handmade application and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
